How to Apply to Our Programs and Services

HOW TO ENROLL:

Enrollment is a process initiated by the individual applicant and completed by the organization's staff, informing the applicant of acceptance into the program or service.

 

Complete the Enrollment Form to start today!

  • The enrollment form requires your contact information for follow-up and may include a brief resilience screening to help staff select appropriate resources and describe the experiences of program participants.”

 

Enrollment Process Overview:

Upon submission, program staff reviews the enrollment form for eligibility and sends a notification email within 3 business days. The decision will either be:

  • Acceptance: Eligibility criteria met and space available.
  • Wait-listed: Eligible but no immediate space; applicants will receive support through partnering agencies for alternative resources.
  • Decline: Eligibility criteria not met.

Accepted applicants will receive an acceptance letter detailing the enrollment benefits, such as:

  • Support from peers and staff during employment transitions.
  • Compensation for attending trauma-informed care sessions.
  • Financial assistance for employment-related expenses like transportation, application fees for IDs, legal documents, and more.

Expectations for Program Participants:

  • Sign in to activities.
  • Participate actively.
  • Adhere to site-specific rules.
